This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Java Developer – AI | Java + React based in Brazil. This role combines senior software engineering expertise with modern AI-driven development practices in a strategic financial services environment. You will build and evolve applications across backend and frontend layers using Java and React. The position involves designing microsservices, APIs, BFFs, and integrations within distributed cloud environments. You will also work with generative AI and autonomous agents throughout the software development lifecycle, from specification and coding through testing and deployment. A key focus will be critically reviewing AI-generated outputs to ensure security, scalability, quality, and architectural alignment. You will have significant technical autonomy while collaborating with engineering leadership to advance development practices and Agentic SDLC capabilities.
