We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.


ROLE:

SentiLink is seeking a highly technical, hands-on Senior IT Specialist to own and scale day-to-day IT operations in a modern, SaaS-first environment. This role focuses on endpoint provisioning, helpdesk support, identity and access administration, and secure access management for a distributed workforce.

You'll be responsible for macOS device management, employee onboarding and offboarding, SaaS access control, Zero-Trust connectivity, and practical troubleshooting across endpoints, networking, and authentication systems. We're looking for someone who can resolve complex IT issues quickly and methodically while building clean, scalable processes behind the scenes.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provision and manage macOS endpoints (Jamf or equivalent), including configuration profiles, patching, and fleet-wide security controls.

- Own full device lifecycle: procurement, inventory, deployment, recovery, and secure decommissioning.

- Administer identity and access management across SaaS platforms (SAML, OIDC, SCIM), including automated onboarding/offboarding.
