Senior IT Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior IT Engineer based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen enterprise IT security, reliability, and scalability across a global workforce. You will lead complex technical and security initiatives while remaining hands-on with Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management, automation, and systems integration. A major focus will be hardening the Microsoft 365 E5 environment and improving security posture through proactive controls, monitoring, and automated response. You will also connect critical business platforms and streamline workflows using scripting, APIs, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Working across IT, Security, Compliance, Legal, and business teams, you will help ensure systems remain secure, resilient, and aligned with organizational requirements. This is a highly visible position for an experienced engineer who enjoys ownership, technical problem solving, and working in a fast-paced environment.
