Senior IoT Services Manager

This role combines customer-facing project management, IoT technical account management, and deployment coordination across North America.You will own regional installation programs from initial work-order intake through successful deployment and completion.As the primary technical contact for assigned customers, you’ll guide device configuration, fleet health, troubleshooting, and ongoing IoT optimization.The position requires close collaboration with customers, sales teams, installers, support, engineering, and operational partners.You’ll use technical and fleet-performance data to identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and help customers maintain healthy connected assets.The role also provides opportunities to influence solution positioning, support expansion opportunities, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.This is a full-time position offering a flexible hybrid or remote setup for candidates located in North America, with no relocation assistance provided.
