Senior Implementation Manager, Office of Interoperability

Our partner is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager, Office of Interoperability based in United States. The Senior Implementation Manager will lead the implementation of EHR functionality and capabilities that enable the secure electronic exchange of clinical data. The role has a strong focus on supporting interoperability initiatives and accelerating compliance with evolving federal healthcare regulations. You will work across business, clinical, compliance, technology, legal, vendor, and customer teams to deliver solutions that meet operational and regulatory needs. The position also contributes to business and go-to-market strategies while coordinating technical enablement across multiple EHR platforms. Success requires strong program leadership, healthcare interoperability expertise, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments. This is an opportunity to influence technology, processes, and workflows that improve clinical data exchange at scale. The role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
