Senior Implementation Delivery Lead

The Senior Implementation Delivery Lead plays a critical role in delivering complex benefits administration solutions and ensuring a successful client experience from implementation through launch. Acting as a technical and functional subject matter expert, this position partners closely with clients, brokers, and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will manage multiple workstreams, oversee configuration and integration activities, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of complex issues. The role combines client consulting, project leadership, technical problem-solving, and team development in a fast-paced environment. You will also help improve implementation methodologies, tools, and service models while coaching team members and promoting delivery excellence.
