This is a hands-on HR leadership role within a fast-growing, remote-first fintech environment.You will serve as the primary HR operator, owning critical people processes across a distributed U.S. and Canadian workforce.The role combines HR operations, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR technology.You will work closely with senior leadership and talent acquisition to ensure employees and managers have the support and processes they need to succeed.A major focus will be building reliable, scalable HR processes while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance.You will also coach managers, lead practical training, and help strengthen accountability and performance across the organization.This opportunity is ideal for an execution-oriented HR professional who enjoys owning the details and making HR processes work exceptionally well.
