The Senior HR Business Partner exists to align people strategy with business priorities and strengthen organizational effectiveness across assigned client groups. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving performance, engagement, and talent outcomes that directly support business success. The position operates with strong autonomy, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This role serves as a strategic partner and coach to senior leaders while acting as the People lead for the supported business areas. The Senior HRBP collaborates cross-functionally with Finance, Compensation, Talent, and People Operations to ensure aligned, scalable people solutions. As a senior member of the People team, driving accountability, fostering inclusive collaboration, navigating complexity, and mentoring peers where appropriate.
This role reports to the Senior Director, HR.
WHERE YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, translating business strategy into actionable people priorities.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts to improve clarity, efficiency, and performance.
- Guide leaders through performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and career development conversations.
- Drive execution of core People programs, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent reviews.
- Partner with Finance and Compensation to support equitable, competitive reward strategies aligned to business results.
- Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to identify trends and inform organizational decisions.
- Proactively prioritize work to align with department and company goals while communicating progress and managing dependencies.
- Navigate conflict and differing viewpoints constructively, providing candid feedback and finding common ground.
- Contribute to an environment of trust and inclusion within supported teams.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to company-wide People initiatives.
