Senior Human Resource Associate, Shared Service Centre

Our partner is looking for a Senior Human Resource Associate, Shared Service Centre based in India. This role supports critical HR operations for an international workforce within a fast-growing, remote-first environment. You will manage key employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding and documentation through benefits, payroll coordination, transfers, and offboarding. The position combines operational HR expertise with close collaboration across customers, professionals, vendors, and internal teams. You will help ensure employee data, documentation, and payroll inputs remain accurate, timely, and compliant. The role also offers opportunities to improve processes, maintain effective SOPs, and introduce AI-enabled tools into everyday workflows. Success requires strong attention to detail, customer service, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively across regions and time zones.
