The Senior HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting employees, leaders, and workforce operations within a unionized manufacturing environment.The role serves as a trusted partner on employee relations, labor relations, performance management, staffing, and HR compliance.You will work closely with employees, managers, and union representatives to resolve workplace concerns and administer collective bargaining agreements.The position also contributes to recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, HRIS administration, and employee engagement initiatives.By providing practical HR guidance and data-driven insights, you will help strengthen operational performance, safety, retention, and organizational capability.This is an on-site role requiring strong judgment, discretion, communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex workplace situations.The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in labor relations and thrives in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.
