Senior HR Business Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner based in Canada. This role partners closely with Revenue leadership to execute people strategies that support business performance and a strong employee experience. You will advise senior leaders on organizational priorities, employee relations, engagement, retention, leadership development, and change management. Acting as a trusted consultant, coach, and change agent, you will translate business needs and people data into practical HR solutions. The position requires strong organizational agility and the ability to navigate complex situations while balancing employee and business needs. You will collaborate with HR subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful initiatives across the organization.
