What We're Looking For
As a HR Business Partner, your role will involve supporting our business in a transformation, adaptation, and further growth. Your role will be set up for making a meaningful impact in driving the culture shift and org design changes towards an efficient, growth-minded, and cross-functional environment.
You will work as a partner and advisor to our leaders and teams within assigned business functions in the organization across our offices in Ukraine, Cyprus, Poland, the UK, and emerging offices.
You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and implementing effective HR programs to support the organization's overall growth and success. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You will be responsible for running and internalizing the strategic people and talent initiatives for your assigned functions, including performance management, Compensation management, Development planning, Career Development, Learning and Development, Engagement survey and action planning, Cultural projects, as well as various Change management activities to support the business in building leadership and strategic capability, driving a performance culture, and enhancing employeesβ engagement at times of rapid scaling and transformations.
Key responsibilities:
Design
- Organizational Structure: coordinate design and implementation of organization structure within the assigned functions to enable realization of the functional and, as a result, broader business strategy.
- HR Strategy: craft pragmatic people roadmaps for the assigned teams based on their key business goals and priorities:
- Employee Engagement: Set up and drive the Engagement Agenda for the assigned functions.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and recommend appropriate interventions.
- HRBP excellence projects: lead the design of the assigned internal HRBP exc
