This is a hands-on HR leadership role responsible for building and operating the people processes that support a rapidly scaling organization.You will own critical employee lifecycle programs, from onboarding and offboarding to performance management and career development.The role also includes implementing and optimizing an HRIS to create scalable, efficient workflows as the organization grows.You’ll partner closely with managers and employees, balancing strategic HR judgment with day-to-day execution.A strong focus on AI-enabled process improvement will help modernize HR operations while maintaining appropriate compliance and documentation.You’ll work in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment where you can build foundational programs and have a meaningful impact on company culture and employee experience.
