This role owns the healthcare employer marketing workstream within a national employer-focused growth strategy.You’ll translate healthcare workforce challenges, employer insights, and business priorities into compelling marketing programs.The position spans campaigns, content, field marketing, conferences, executive engagement, and sales enablement.You’ll work closely with Business Development, Healthcare Solutions, Product, Brand, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.A major focus will be generating qualified demand, influencing pipeline progression, and supporting strategic employer partnerships.You’ll also lead research and insights, using market intelligence and performance data to shape messaging and investment decisions.This is a highly autonomous opportunity for a strategic, commercially minded marketer who can turn complex healthcare solutions into clear employer value propositions.
