This is a high-impact contract recruiting role focused on building exceptional go-to-market teams within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.Working directly with senior GTM leaders, you’ll shape hiring strategies, build targeted talent pipelines, and bring top-performing candidates into the organization.The role requires deep understanding of enterprise and mid-market sales profiles, SaaS hiring dynamics, and modern sourcing practices.You’ll operate as a strategic recruiting partner while remaining highly hands-on, balancing speed, candidate quality, and a strong hiring bar.As a contractor, you’ll be expected to ramp quickly, manage multiple searches independently, and make an immediate impact with minimal setup.This is an opportunity to influence critical commercial hiring decisions while working in a collaborative, agile, and remote-first environment.
