This is a fully remote, 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced recruiter to own senior and experienced-hire searches across a truly global organization. You will recruit across EMEA, LATAM, and North America, working with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and customer-facing functions. The role combines hands-on full-cycle recruiting with strategic talent partnership, giving you the opportunity to influence role design, hiring strategy, and assessment decisions. You will build proactive talent pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications and referrals. With no dedicated sourcing or coordination support, you will also shape the systems, automations, and workflows that make global recruiting more efficient.
