Senior Fullstack Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a product engineering team building AI-powered voice communication software for businesses. You will own customer-facing features from early discovery through production, helping shape the product through hands-on engineering and direct customer feedback. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS. - Speak with customers, gather feedback, and use user testing to understand needs and validate product ideas. - Break opportunities into focused releases, ship frequently, and iterate based on customer insights and product metrics. - Contribute to feature prioritization and roadmap decisions for AI voice products. - Make pragmatic architecture and implementation decisions across the frontend and backend. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 5 years of fullstack engineering experience delivering customer-facing SaaS products and end-to-end web features. - Production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; experience with NestJS is preferred. - Native German proficiency and fluent English. - Experience with product discovery, customer feedback, experimentation, and using metrics to inform decisions. -...
