Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Internal Tools

Our partner is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Internal Tools based in the United States. This role is an opportunity to shape the technical direction of internal tools that enable teams to work faster, smarter, and more effectively.You will combine hands-on full-stack engineering with technical leadership, owning architecture, quality, and engineering standards across the internal tools ecosystem.The role goes beyond maintaining existing systems, with a strong focus on intelligent automation, recommendations, ranking, search, and data-driven experiences.Working closely with engineering leadership, you will translate product requirements into technical designs, specifications, and implementation plans.You will build end-to-end solutions while also driving reusable architecture, reducing technical debt, and raising engineering standards.With an approximately 80/20 split between coding and technical leadership, you will remain deeply hands-on while mentoring engineers and influencing the broader technical direction.This is an ideal environment for a product-minded engineer w...
