Senior Full Stack Engineer

The role / impact As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will help design, build, and operate the front-end experiences sitting at Xero's digital front door. Primarily focusing on xero.com http://xero.com and connected signup journeys, you will deliver customer-facing improvements that elevate acquisition outcomes while maintaining the performance and reliability of a high-traffic public platform. You will bring technical depth to the pod, shaping implementation quality and driving front-end craft forward. Balancing experimentation speed with platform health, you will own complex initiatives end to end, mentor fellow engineers, and help simplify solutions across both front-end and back-end environments.
