Senior Forward Deployment Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a customer-facing technical team at an AI communications software company, working across product, engineering, and go-to-market. You will own production deployments and turn customer needs and live feedback into reliable, repeatable implementations. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Translate customer requirements into robust production workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails. - Lead deployments and build integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and common authentication patterns. - Write and test glue code and features, with appropriate monitoring and logging. - Debug production issues across calls, workflows, and data, and deliver timely fixes. - Create reusable deployment templates and playbooks to improve consistency and scale. - Share recurring customer pain points and product recommendations with internal teams.
