As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will serve as a strategic technical partner to large, data-intensive enterprise customers. You will own relationships across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement through retention and expansion. The role combines customer strategy, technical problem-solving, and commercial impact, with a strong focus on demonstrating measurable business value. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to connect customer objectives with technical capabilities. You will also contribute to pre-sales engagements and technical proof-of-concept initiatives while bringing structured customer feedback back into the product organization.
