Senior Financial Analyst - Finance & Business Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - Finance & Business Operations based in Canada. This is a hands-on finance role with broad responsibility across financial analysis, project accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, and business operations. You will play a key role in evaluating program profitability, managing financial performance, and supporting accurate and timely client billing. The position offers significant exposure to senior management, program leaders, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will combine detailed financial analysis with operational oversight to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. The role also provides an opportunity to improve financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and introduce greater efficiency through automation and better reporting. This is a fully remote position for an experienced finance professional who is comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
