Senior Financial Analyst - Accounting and Reporting - Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst with 4–5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, strong technical knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP, and fluency in English. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record vendor invoices and employee expense reports in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Monitor  accounts receivable and proactively follow up with customers to ensure  timely collection of outstanding invoices.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure data integrity across financial systems.
• Handle bank reconciliations and support cash flow tracking.
• Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and maintaining orderly financial records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Provide ad hoc support on financial projects and system/process improvements.

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a Big Four firm
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger      processes Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Fluent  in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
