Senior Field Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager based in United Kingdom. As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will lead regional marketing strategy and execution across a high-growth European market, with a strong focus on pipeline generation and new-logo acquisition. You will partner closely with sales leadership and go-to-market teams to translate ambitious growth objectives into integrated, measurable marketing programs. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution across enterprise accounts, verticals, and targeted use cases. You will develop multi-touch programs designed to increase brand awareness, deepen engagement, and generate qualified pipeline. You will also manage a Field Marketing Specialist, helping build a high-performing regional marketing function. Working across regional and global teams, you will use data, market insights, and campaign performance to continuously refine the go-to-market approach. This is a remote role with regular collaboration and approximately 30% travel across the region and internationally.
