You will join NVIDIA’s Enterprise Platforms team in North America as Senior Federal Sales Specialist, passionate about the Federal ecosystem. This area is rapidly growing and strategically critical for our business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and drive Federal opportunities from prospecting through close across key agencies and system integrators in the broader Federal ecosystem.

  • Engage technical and programmatic partners across Federal SIs, DoD, IC, and civilian agencies. Assess requirements and explain how NVIDIA Enterprise Platforms address AI, HPC, and visual computing mission needs.

  • Evangelize NVIDIA solutions for AI, high-performance computing, and graphical rendering with large government system integrators and commercial accounts that support Federal missions.

  • Collaborate alongside NVIDIA sales groups and ecosystem partners to progress opportunities from proof-of-concept and pilots through successful production deployment and deal closure.

  • Relay Federal customer requirements and deployment gaps to NVIDIA product teams to influence roadmap prioritization.

  • Partner closely with NVIDIA product groups and key collaborators within the ecosystem to build solutions, define reference architectures, and engage lighthouse accounts in the Federal space.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of experience in US Federal ecosystem: personas, use cases, technical workflows, ISVs, contracting models, and program pipelines.

  • Proven ability driving complex, consultative enterprise sales and delivering measurable business impact, ideally in Federal or public sector markets.

  • BA/BS in Business or technical field, or equivalent experience.

  • Extensive and trusted network with decision makers and influencers across Federal agencies, system integrators, and key partners.

  • Ambitious approach, strong leadership presence, and a self-starter demeanor to building and accomplishing territory and account plans.

  • Technical background with GPUs, accelerated computing, and visualization workloads for AI and data-intensive use cases.

  • Strong grasp of go-to-market strategy, including account segmentation, channel and OEM motions, and marketing programs, combined with an expert understanding of enterprise sales process and channel sales.

  • Ability to travel 25% within the US to collaborate with customers, partners, and colleagues.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Understanding of AI developer workflows, large language models (LLMs), and prior experience deploying or evaluating AI/HPC infrastructure in classified environments.

  • Extensive familiarity with the NVIDIA ecosystem, solution platforms, and partner landscape serving government customers.

  • Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility and existing relationships with DoD or IC program offices, civilian agency CIOs or technology directors, or major Federal Sis.

  • Ability to apply Federal security and compliance frameworks – including FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, STIG/FIPS, CMMC, and RMF/ATO – to evaluate deployment constraints, inform solution development, and accelerate customer decision-making.

  • Analytical strength and creativity to open new segments, build innovative programs, and drive balanced growth within government sectors.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 200,000 USD - 304,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
