Senior Federal Proposal Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Federal Proposal Coordinator based in United States. This is an opportunity to play a key role in developing complex federal proposals within a collaborative, engineering and professional services environment. You will support the full proposal lifecycle, from solicitation review and content coordination through final submission. The role has a strong focus on federal procurement requirements, compliance, and high-quality technical documentation. You will work closely with proposal leaders, technical teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to keep submissions accurate and on schedule. Your expertise will be especially valuable in preparing SF330 responses and proposals for federal A-E services. This fully remote position offers meaningful responsibility, visibility, and opportunities to contribute to high-impact pursuits. Approximately 10% travel may be required for select meetings and conferences.
