Senior Events Manager (12 month contract)

The role / impact As a Senior Events Manager, you will lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of Xero-led and sponsored events across Canada. You will craft memorable event experiences—including CA Roadshows and Xerocon—that deepen our community's connection to our platform and align with broader business goals. In this role, you will also act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and provide guidance and mentorship across the marketing team. Your work will directly support brand presence and growth in the region. By taking full ownership of event concepts, budgets, operational delivery, and post-event analytics, you will ensure our brand promise comes to life while continually raising the bar for event excellence.
