This is a senior, hands-on role focused on helping enterprise customers successfully implement and adopt a modern procurement platform.You’ll lead end-to-end onboarding, translating complex business requirements into practical configurations and scalable processes.Working with customers across industries, you’ll build solutions from the ground up and help teams realize value quickly.You’ll also lead training and stakeholder sessions, ensuring customers become confident and self-sufficient with the platform.The role combines implementation consulting, project management, customer success, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.You’ll have a direct opportunity to influence product decisions by bringing customer feedback and real-world requirements into the roadmap.This is an autonomous environment suited to a proactive problem-solver who enjoys ownership, detail, and meaningful customer impact.
