This is an opportunity to join a small, high-trust engineering team building the interconnected systems that power critical business operations.You’ll design and develop enterprise solutions spanning internal APIs, MCP servers, automated workflows, lightweight applications, and AI-enabled systems.The role offers significant end-to-end ownership, from understanding business needs and shaping architecture to deployment and ongoing maintenance.You’ll work closely with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to turn complex operational requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.A strong emphasis is placed on clean engineering, maintainability, deterministic AI behavior, and thoughtful technical standards.You’ll also help establish how AI agents and automation are safely and effectively integrated into enterprise workflows.This is a hands-on role for an experienced Python engineer who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and delivering practical technology with broad internal impact.
