The Growth teams shape how millions of people first experience Kraken and why they come back. Every visit, message, and interaction builds trust or curiosity. You will lead the engineers who make those first and returning experiences matter, turning awareness into engagement and engagement into lasting connection.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Engineering Manager you will lead multiple teams responsible for attracting users, earning their trust, and keeping them engaged, even before they sign up. You will partner closely with Design, Product, Analytics, and Marketing to build data-informed, engaging experiences that spark curiosity and drive return visits.
