This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity focused on building institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure.You’ll lead multiple engineering teams responsible for custody, transaction authorization, key management, wallets, and blockchain integrations.The role combines distributed systems, applied cryptography, security, and regulated financial technology.You’ll own the technical architecture and roadmap for a distributed MPC custody platform built for institutional scale.You’ll work closely with Product, Security, Business Development, and executive stakeholders to align technology with customer and regulatory needs.As a hands-on leader, you’ll shape engineering practices, manage critical incidents, and develop high-performing engineering leaders.The role offers the opportunity to influence a highly secure platform operating at the intersection of Web3 and institutional finance.
