Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Agent Platform & Growth based in United States. This is a senior engineering leadership role focused on shaping how developers and AI agents discover, adopt, and use a modern cloud platform.You will lead two engineering teams spanning human onboarding and activation as well as agent-facing platform experiences.The role combines people leadership, product thinking, technical direction, and hands-on engineering judgment.You will own the self-serve customer journey from first touch through activation, monetization, expansion, and broader product adoption.At the same time, you will help build APIs, SDKs, CLIs, MCP integrations, and other interfaces that enable AI agents to operate programmatically.You’ll work closely with Product and Design while balancing near-term growth opportunities with durable platform investments.The environment values high ownership, rapid iteration, thoughtful engineering, continuous feedback, and comfort operating through ambiguity.
