As a Senior Engineering Consultant – Equity & BSA, you will lead complex commercial real estate due diligence assignments, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance across Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Equity assessments, and Building Systems Assessments (BSAs). You will serve as a trusted advisor to regional and national clients, helping them understand property conditions, evaluate risks, and make informed investment and capital planning decisions. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee technical reviews, develop project scopes, and ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality assessments aligned with industry standards.
