This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the monitoring platforms that support critical managed services environments. You will take ownership of incidents from assignment through resolution while ensuring issues are handled within established service levels. The position combines hands-on troubleshooting, platform administration, automation, documentation, and client communication. You will work across monitoring technologies, enterprise infrastructure, networking, storage, operating systems, and observability tools.
