This is a fully remote opportunity focused on sustaining and modernizing safety-critical avionics hardware.You’ll tackle complex electronic component obsolescence challenges across aerospace and defense programs.The role combines FPGA and digital hardware engineering with DMSMS analysis and avionics certification expertise.You’ll help design replacement solutions, refresh legacy technologies, and maintain long-term product availability and airworthiness.Working across hardware, systems, software, certification, and program teams, you’ll influence technical decisions from analysis through implementation.The environment is highly collaborative, technically demanding, and centered on mission-critical engineering where quality and reliability matter.It’s an opportunity to apply deep engineering expertise to challenging programs while continuing to grow alongside innovative technologies.
