Senior Director, Risk Stratification, Remote

Working in the Office of the CEO and reporting to the VP of Point of Care & Risk Stratification, the Senior Director of Risk Stratification will lead strategy and execution for both partnership and go-to-market efforts across Aledade’s Risk Stratification / Risk Adjustment program. This leader will own end-to-end accountability for 1) proactive identification, development, and execution of Aledade field / market teams, practice, and end user go-to-market efforts for all Risk Stratification program- and product-related efforts, 2) strategic relationship building and partnership with Aledade’s payer partners to advance complete and accurate diagnosis documentation, 3) strategic relationship building and partnership with leaders at Aldeade’s multi-specialty, enterprise, FQHC, and other large strategic practices on risk stratification-related topics, and 4) identification, evaluation, contracting, and cross-functional execution of net new vendor and external partnerships that support complete and accurate diagnosis documentation.
