Senior Director, Real Estate & Development

The Senior Director, Real Estate & Development will lead real estate strategy, site selection, construction, lease administration, and facilities operations across a rapidly expanding, multi-state network of healthcare clinics. This senior leadership role is responsible for turning growth plans into operational locations while balancing speed, cost efficiency, quality, compliance, and long-term portfolio performance. You will oversee the full development lifecycle, from market analysis and lease negotiations through design, construction, commissioning, and opening readiness. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will establish scalable processes, performance metrics, and governance structures that support sustainable expansion.
