Senior Director, Quality & Compliance

This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing a global quality and compliance strategy across clinical research services. You will provide strategic direction on quality management, regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and enterprise risk. The position combines executive leadership with client-facing responsibilities, supporting sponsors, strategic partners, and internal operational teams. You will lead quality transformation initiatives designed to strengthen operational effectiveness, quality maturity, and client confidence. The role requires close collaboration with senior executives and cross-functional leaders across a global clinical research environment. You will also provide expert guidance during regulatory inspections, sponsor audits, client assessments, and significant quality events.
