Senior Director, Project Quality

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Project Quality based in the United States. This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on strengthening project quality and regulatory compliance across a multi-site clinical research organization.You will serve as a subject matter expert and strategic partner across quality management, risk mitigation, and operational improvement initiatives.The role will lead the development and ongoing management of a company-wide Quality Management System and electronic QMS.You will build and guide a Project Quality team while partnering closely with site leaders, operations, and support functions.Your expertise will help protect patient safety, maintain data integrity, and ensure consistent adherence to GCP, GxP, FDA requirements, and internal standards.You will also play a key role in sponsor audits, regulatory inspections, CAPA management, quality metrics, and continuous improvement.This role is well suited to an experienced clinical research quality leader who can influence at scale while fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
