The Senior Director of Growth – Salesforce Practice will lead strategic expansion across a federal Salesforce-focused business, driving growth across civilian, defense, and state and local government markets. This high-impact leadership role owns the opportunity pipeline from qualification and shaping through capture, proposal, and executive reporting. You will leverage deep public-sector relationships and Salesforce ecosystem expertise to identify mission-critical opportunities and build competitive strategies. The role combines business development, capture leadership, solution positioning, and proposal strategy while partnering closely with practice and delivery teams. You will also mentor business development and proposal professionals and help strengthen repeatable growth practices.
