Senior Director of Engineering

Our partner is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering based in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada. This is a senior engineering leadership opportunity focused on shaping the future of People and AI technology.You will lead a 50+ person engineering organization across a portfolio of customer-facing talent products.The role combines organizational leadership, product strategy, technical execution, and long-term engineering investment.You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to translate business priorities into scalable product outcomes.A major focus will be developing engineering leaders, strengthening execution, and creating an environment where teams can move quickly without compromising quality or reliability.You will also help explore how AI can unlock new capabilities and insights across talent management products.This role is ideal for an experienced engineering executive who brings strong judgment, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for building high-performing organizations.
