Senior Director of Business Development-CT2 Programs

Our partner is looking for a Senior Director of Business Development – C2 Programs based in the United States. This is a senior growth and business development leadership role focused on expanding advanced military training capabilities across U.S. defense markets. You will own the C2 opportunity pipeline and help translate emerging training technologies into funded programs and long-term customer relationships. The role spans customer engagement, opportunity shaping, capture strategy, acquisition planning, and contract growth. You will work directly with senior military leaders, requirements organizations, acquisition teams, training commands, industry partners, primes, and integrators. Success requires a strong understanding of defense acquisition and military training environments, combined with the ability to communicate the operational value of innovative technologies. This is a remote opportunity with significant influence over market strategy, partnerships, and future growth.
