Senior Director, North America Compliance

This senior leadership role serves as a strategic compliance partner to U.S. Commercial and Market Access organizations.You will provide practical, risk-based guidance across complex healthcare, pricing, reimbursement, customer engagement, and commercial activities.The position combines strategic risk management with hands-on leadership of a modern North America Compliance Program.You will work closely with senior leaders across Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Patient Services, Trade, Legal, and other functions.The role offers significant influence in identifying emerging risks and translating evolving regulations into clear, actionable business guidance.You will also lead compliance initiatives, strengthen policies and training, and help embed effective controls into commercial processes.This is an opportunity to shape a high-performing, integrity-driven compliance culture while enabling responsible innovation and sustainable growth.
