Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Marketing & Launch Lead, Pegtibatinase based in the United States. This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity focused on shaping the U.S. strategy and launch of a promising therapy for classical homocystinuria (HCU). The role will own product strategy, positioning, segmentation, messaging, and go-to-market planning across key audiences. You will lead an integrated launch organization spanning Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and other critical functions. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, highly collaborative biotechnology environment. You will build and develop a high-performing marketing team while influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization. Your work will directly contribute to bringing an important treatment option to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in the rare disease community.
