Senior Director, Implementations

This is a transformational leadership opportunity to build a unified implementation organization across multiple business units.You will own the customer journey from signed deal through successful go-live, including complex migrations.The role combines organizational design, operational excellence, customer experience, and commercial strategy.You will establish consistent methodologies, reliable performance metrics, scalable tooling, and clear delivery standards.A key focus will be balancing human-led services with self-service models to improve efficiency and accelerate time-to-value.You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to turn customer commitments into successful outcomes.The position also offers the opportunity to shape a future professional services model and influence how implementation capabilities scale.
