Senior Director, Enterprise Talent Acquisition

Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Talent Acquisition based in United States. This is a senior enterprise leadership role responsible for shaping and executing a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with long-term business growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and HR leaders, bringing insight into workforce trends, labor markets, and talent risks. The role combines strategic leadership with ownership of recruiting operations, technology, vendors, budgets, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will lead a global Talent Acquisition organization while building scalable capabilities that support organic growth, market expansion, transformation, and acquisitions. The position also oversees executive talent pipelines and strategic partnerships, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programs. Success requires a strong customer focus, financial discipline, operational rigor, and a data-driven approach to continuously improving the talent acquisition ecosystem.
