Senior Director, Clinical Compliance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Compliance based in the United States. As Senior Director, Clinical Compliance, you will lead the end-to-end compliance program and ensure demonstrable regulatory readiness across a complex, multi-state telehealth environment. You will own the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s healthcare compliance framework. The role spans OIG compliance, HIPAA privacy and security, GDPR, investigations, ethics, regulatory screening, policy governance, and compliance training. You will serve as a senior regulatory-facing leader, partnering closely with Legal, Product, Security, Clinical, and executive stakeholders. You will also lead a multidisciplinary compliance team and provide senior leadership and board-level visibility into risk, controls, and corrective actions. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced healthcare compliance leader who can combine strategic oversight, operational execution, and strong regulatory judgment.
