Senior Director, Client Success

This is a senior client leadership role focused on managing strategic and complex healthcare relationships.You will oversee client performance, strengthen executive partnerships, and help protect long-term account value.The role combines relationship management, financial and operational analysis, and strategic problem-solving.You will lead recovery strategies for at-risk engagements and coordinate closely with operations and senior leadership.The position also involves identifying opportunities to expand services and demonstrate measurable value through reporting.You will serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders while mentoring Directors and Client Success Managers.This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an experienced healthcare revenue cycle professional comfortable operating at an executive level.
