This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of Accounts Receivable operations within a complex healthcare revenue cycle environment.You will lead teams and oversee critical functions including accounts receivable, EDI, rejection management, and denial management.The role combines operational leadership, financial analysis, performance management, and continuous process improvement.You will use data and revenue cycle metrics to identify collection trends, address root causes, and improve financial performance.The position also provides executive oversight of technology initiatives, vendor relationships, and offshore service delivery partnerships.Success requires strong collaboration across service delivery, collections, technology, finance, and other business functions.This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-level performance while building scalable processes and developing high-performing teams.
