Senior DevSecOps Engineer United States

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen a mission-critical, event-driven platform supporting complex Federal Government programs. You will help engineering teams safely integrate with a shared Amazon MSK/Kafka event bus while improving the security, reliability, and automation of the underlying platform. Working across multiple teams and organizational boundaries, you will guide integrations from architecture and schema design through production deployment. You will build secure CI/CD pipelines, automate AWS infrastructure, and establish strong observability and operational practices. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. It is well suited to a senior engineer who enjoys solving complex platform challenges and raising engineering standards in a security-focused environment.
